At Just Dropped In, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. Our goal is to make the process as seamless as possible so you can shop with total confidence.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Items
Securely pack the products in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the items are in unused condition to qualify for a full refund.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.
